Before you order
A few things worth knowing.
Does my customer need an app?
No app is required to tap or scan the card. Leaving a Google review requires the customer to sign in to a Google account.
Will it work with my customer’s phone?
NFC works with compatible phones. The printed QR code offers an alternative using a phone camera or QR reader. Internet access is needed to open the page.
Can the card use my logo and colors?
Yes. Send your logo and business details so we can customize the card around your brand.
What is included with Pro?
Pro adds email review requests and automatic follow-up reminders. You send the first request from your dashboard and choose the reminder settings. Pro is billed separately from card purchases.
Does a tap mean someone left a review?
No. A tap or tracked click shows activity, not a completed Google review. Customers decide whether to submit a review and what to say.
Can I use it for business information instead?
